Called out to perform an advertised “Half Price Lube & Tune” special. The technician Benjamin Pancarik was great. I will admit I put him through the ringer with lots of questions before agreeing to additional services. This is the third time I’ve called upon Precision to do work for me. Benjamin was polite and seemed knowledgeable in presenting our various options. One point of clarification: with option 3 (of the three offered) a lifetime warranty is included, which he said was transferable if we sold the house. But on the second page of the quote where it reads "How Long Coverage Lasts" it says: "This warranty begins when repairs or any installation are complete. This warranty cannot be transferred. The warranty terminates if the original customer sells or no longer owns the repaired or new garage door..." Please advise as to which statement is accurate. Thank you for your emergency service!
