After backing into my brand new garage door from the inside and denting the bottom panel, and I was unable to close my garage door. Precision responded right away and within a couple of hours they repaired the door and ordered the replacement dented bottom panel. They did everything they said they would do, telling us it would be about 8 weeks to get the new panel & saying they would call when the panel was in. They called last Friday and our new panel was installed the following Monday. The tech was a little late but apologized profusely and did a good job. I finally found a good garage door company with knowledgeable & sincere technicians and highly recommend Precision.

This company did a "bait and switch routine" on written price quote 21-days old. The other two venders honored their quote 30-days. We chose on the 24th day. This company was NOT the least expensive. We paid cash deposit and cash payment in full to the other vendor. Unlike the other vendors, this company quote did NOT offer a Full Unconditional Lien Waiver And Release document to protect me and my property. I recommend finding a different vendor, don't use this one.

Josh at Precision was at my door in a few hours as promised to solve my garage door catastrophe. The spring broke right in the middle of a major landscaping project which was already stressful enough. He provided options and was able to complete the work in hours and also returned several times to tweak his work when the landscaping workers were done with the driveway paving.
