I was more than frustrated to hear your technician upcharged my wife for 29 minutes of his time. No parts were needed; the door was off the track. His charge - $349.00. Are you kidding me? I called your company only to find out the technician overcharged my wife’s card by two times the actual amount owed. Your office staff was apologetic, and partially refunded my wife’s credit card. This never would have happened if I hadn’t called. Sadly, now your technicians can’t be trusted.

Dustin came out and looked at the windows, the windows in the large garage door had been improperly installed by the previous technician. OK so shit happens, but now we have to have just another service call to have the windows reinstalled. It’s not Dustin’s fault the previous technician installed the windows improperly, but an uncharacteristic miss by Precision Doors.

I like that you get a text message ahead of the service tech arriving with a photo of them to ensure you don't have some random person showing up at your door. Gabriel came to the house early evening yesterday because he was in the area. He took care of syncing up the remotes, setting up my panel and giving suggestions going forward to keep the door and motor working well…….I found Gabriel to be super patient, and explained that I needed a different bulb for my opener…… I need NON LED….he stayed just to make sure the remotes worked well. At the end something caught his eye regarding the bulb and a possible issue….it was a small issue but he stayed an extra 5 minutes or so more just to make sure everything was working in good order. I am so pleased with Precision Garage Door company and the two different service persons that were here to help get my Garage door and then the manual openers working properly. Thanks Gabriel and Eric…….
