Great service when my Mom's garage door stopped working. The tech arrived less than two hours after I called for the appointment. He wasn't able to find anything wrong with the door (it wouldn't roll down with the remote), but checked all of the battery remotes, sensors, etc, to make sure all was good. His suspicion is that the angle of the sun is causing the sensor to be blinded, causing the opener to reverse when it tries to close, thinking there is an obstruction. And, best of all, he did not charge for the service visit since he didn't repair anything, which was appreciated. We originally had the roll-up door installed by Precision Door a bit over two years ago, which is why we called them for the repair. Two visits, and two exceptional experiences. Highly recommend Precision Door for new installs or repairs. Fair price, great service, what more can you ask for? Thank you!!

Eric came out to find out why my garage door wouldn't close. Of course, when he got there, it was working fine. He made sure everything was adjusted properly and that there weren't any issues with my door while he was there, and suggested that the sensor might be getting affected by the angle of the sun. Eric was extremely professional and helpful while he was here for the repair. I was expecting to have to pay for the service visit, but he told me there was no charge, which was really appreciated. This is the second time I have used Precision Doors, the first time being installation of the new roll up door, and this is the second time I have received such exceptional service. I won't even consider calling anyone else should I need service or a replacement in the future, and you can bet I am telling all my friends and neighbors to use you should they need work done on their doors. Punctual when called for a problem. First class repair and equipment (rather expensive). Call for a little advice or assistance, if no fee no help. How to change batteries in remote keypad, no help from the technician. Guess they want to charge for house call and do it for you/

You did the job halfway. You drilled out the screws which I could have done. I don’t want new keys made for 220 so you leave it broken. Least you can do is offer $25 for screws and fix it back the way you found it Instead I’m punished for not wanting to spend 250 on new locks I guess I should have watched more YouTube instead of assuming you would do your job fully Thanks
