Bruce was super nice and very helpful. He inspected my entire unit, taught me how to re-engage my door, gave me some quotes on a new door and did the service maintenance. He was early and only took 20 minutes. It would have been shorter, but I was asking a few questions, which he kindly answered. Great experience and I recommend.

I loved the fact that a text with the picture of the installer (Jesse) was sent to me and I forward the text to my daughter. Jesse was on time as well just as indicated. As much as I wanted to put more money into the repairs I was unable to do more than necessary to get the garage door up and running due to being furloughed. Jonathan was very professional and did an excellent job. He replaced the broken garage door spring very quickly and lubricated all the garage door springs and door mechanisms. My garage door now runs a lot smoother and quieter and longer gets stuck.

My garage door spring bar broke last night. Called Precision around 1 a.m. and got a service technician to come by around 8 a.m.. James was very friendly and professional and he got the job done in less than an hour! He also helped me out with adjusting my garage door motor and it's mounting position so it can function more efficiently. Main goal of the service call was to change tension spring..ended up getting a lifetime warranty. Bailey did a good job explaining the warranty. We were just surprised from the estimated quote to the actual price. Bailey was courteous and the job was done in 45 minutes
