I have nothing but good things to say about Ben! He was extremely friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. He was very straightforward and forthright with me about what my options were, what was going on with my door, and what I would need to do to fix it. They were able to come out right away, and he was done with the job in like 45 minutes! He took all necessary precautions with COVID-19 going on now, and my door has never worked better. Excellent service by Bruce. He explained everything completely. Work was performed promptly and I’m so pleased with my new door opener! So much quieter than the old one. Ben was very thorough and explained everything in detail to me. He explained why we need to keep an eye on the springs, due to the age of the door and that we should have it serviced next year. We had to buy a new remote, because that is the only way the door could be reprogramed to our new car. Ben is very pleasant and we enjoyed his presence.

Hi we had our new garage door installed yesterday. It’s beautiful but am super disappointed it didn’t come with the mail slot it was supposed to have. Installer said someone would come out but gave no time frame for that. We had to go buy a temporary mailbox in the interim. Also, the remote was working at first but now doesn’t. I can’t get the wi fi remote to work either. And I don’t recall being asked but we need two remotes. Am not a happy customer right now and for what we paid, I was hoping everything would have been as ordered.
