Percision Garage is one of those responsive, reliable, and knowledgeable companies. I have dealt with them 3 times now. They come prepared, on time and skilled to handle any garage door problem that I have had. Percision Garage Door and Jonathan Topping come with my highest recommendation. Jonathan was knowledgeable. He recognized my problem and made a great recommendation on new garage door springs and a new garage door opener. 5 Stars, 5 finger snaps and 5 thumbs up!

Dustin was a delight. He was congenial, professional, knowledgeable, competent, and hardworking. He kindly explained the problem and the solution. I will ask for him next time. I was thankful that he reminded me to lube the parts once a month, and I appreciated his expertise. As far as customer service, the operators were polite and helpful, however, I called a couple of times, and they were not able to get me an estimate before the work was done. I just wanted some info first to decide if a repair was cost effective or it was time for a new door opener. As it turned out, it only needed a little repair this time. Overall, I have no hesitations calling on Precision again. I remember I had a good experience the last time too which was a decade ago. Thank you so much.
