I thought the installer did a great job. He seemed very conscientious about his work. He noticed that there was a dent in the bottom panel and he said he would report it so that it could be replaced. He also found a battery on the motor assembly so the battery that had been ordered did not need to be installed.

Matt confirmed the problem in that the "mother board" or something like that was defective which was causing the door control in the garage to not work, and that the door would open and close spontaneously. He took am appropriate amount of time, replaced the parts and solved the problem. Matt has a great personality and is nice to work with.
