MATT WAS EXCELLENT. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE HAD HIM DOING DUAL GARAGE OPENERS, SPRINGS AND ROLLERS SINCE THEY WERE ALL GETTING OLDER AND WE NEEDED THE BATTERY BACKUP WHEN WE SELL OUR HOUSE. MATT IS BERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SUPER FRIENDLY. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS. I HAVE ONE MORE SRRING AND ROLLER SET TO REPLACE ON MY LAST GARAGE DOOR AND I WILL ONLY USE MATT! The technician was very knowledgeable about his job. He fixed my problem, I needed a controller with battery for blackout time, and he installed one. From now on when the electricity is disconnected, I shouldn’t be worried about my garage door. Also, my garage door is not very laud anymore. Thank you

I do want to add that I believe my order, and I paid for, 2 touch pads. The 2 touch pads were not installed. Otherwise, everything else was great! Both technicians were very professional and courteous. Very happy with the service so far.

I was impressed from start to finish and love my new garage door opener. I in fact plan to have Matt replace my second garage door which is a single door size with the same wonderful opener.
