David was great, but the garage door is sticking again, so the fix did not work. Also, as I mentioned in a previous email to you, I forgot to mention that the service charge was waived in an email you sent to me. That is why I called you in the first place. Please refund that amount of the total charge - $89.95. And I'm not real happy that the door still sticks on the way up.

The cost of the garage door opener was quite expensive. Guess I should have asked the range of openers. I also asked if there was a senior discount and there was not. At least it has a lifetime warranty.

Ben observed and inspected carefully to find what went wrong. He patiently explained to me what to fix and gave me the estimate cost to repair. He replaced only a couple hinges not the motor. The motor works okay. I will determine what is the best time to replace the motor.
