9/17/21 Door designer Greg Burnes provided our quote and answered all our questions. He was very professional and gave all necessary information concerning Precision Garage Doors products and services. 1/24/22 Installer Hollis Durland called to advise of his expected arrival, ahead of scheduled time, and arrived right on time. Hollis was very professional, friendly, well prepared and organized. I was very impressed with his skills as he efficiently prepared, assembled, and installed the garage door, opener and related accessories. Hollis is clearly an asset to your company, and it was a pleasure to witness a professional technician that really knows what he's doing. Hollis answered all our questions, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up the work area after completion. We were very satisfied with the workmanship Hollis demonstrated. Note: Top panel of door does not fit to adjacent panel as does the remaining panel to panel fits. Also the seal is near the top panel does not set flush to the door as does the rest of the seal areas. If there is an adjustment that can be made for these issues, I would appreciate it if a technician could take a look and correct this condition as required. Thank you, Don Greathouse 858-672-3791
