Matt was great. He quickly diagnosed the issues relating to incorrect installation issues from a Precision garage door installation approximately 2 weeks earlier. The garage door would get hung up on the door header. There was no problem with the springs. Matt readjusted the slide railing and made several other adjustments to the previous installation, and now the door opens without making contact with the header. Thanks very much to Matt who has a good sense of issues, potential solutions, and correction of errors. He does a great job and exudes confidence in his work. 5 stars for Matt!

My garage door finally gave up late one night. I contacted Precision and made an appointment through their website for the very next day. James arrived during his scheduled service window, listened to me describe the problems I've been having with the garage door, and quickly proposed a few solutions. He replaced a worn out set of springs and cracked rubber rollers, and provided a few quotes to replace my circa 1980's garage door opener motor. Very professional and courtous, highly recommended!
