Service was excellent! The tech was polite and friendly and explained everything well. I liked that he even txted a photo of himself in advance to help me be aware who im waiting for and not just letting strangers into my home. That helped me feel protected. He was also efficient and did not take a long time repairing my garage door. he even gave me a catalog when i expressed interest in getting a new one in the future.

Here we were with a broken/half closed garage door on a Sunday night as my husband is recovering from a stroke. We thought we were going to be sleeping in our garage all night since it wouldn't close since it was totally off-track. Taylor found us a tech and Dustin was out in 30 minutes. He totally saved the day to the extent that we asked for a quote to add a key pad! He was professional and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough. And Dustin deserves 5 stars himself!!

Ben did a superb job replacing my garage door springs. His expertise was very evident. He is a very nice young man who explained to me what needed to be done. If I ever have a garage door problem again I will request his services. On another matter, I thought the cost to replace two springs, even with a military/senior discount was very high. The cost was $476. The last time I had the springs replaced (about 10 years ago) it was less than $200.

Benjamin was great. He made the necessary adjustments so the door now opens & closes. There wasn’t a broken spring as stated above. But I could not get the door to open all the way or close- it stayed half way open. Appreciate the service. Appreciate Benjamin coming out.

Our appointment time was originally in the 4pm - 6pm window. David finished a morning job faster than expected and was in our neighborhood and came over around noon. He replaced all of the rollers, the springs, several badly worn hinges and lubricated everything. He was polite, professional and finished his work quickly. We are happy with the results. The door is much more quiet when opening/closing.
