Good service intalation good he got it down de doors in a good pase same as put it up the only thin it take like 3 months to get the door and at the end I didn’t like the black handle brackets the where magnetic and not bolt to the door they didn’t explain that the window is good a lot of lithing thanks

Both of my garage doors were replaced plus all of the workings on September 9th. It all went smoothly and Jesse did a great job. He was very professional and had everything finished and up in running in what seemed like a few hours. Jesse work was spotless no mess left behind which I certainly appreciated. I had to wait for the doors several months of which I was aware of and it was worth the wait. The new doors have made me every time I drive up to them. Everything works so well and very quiet.

This review is for our entire experience with Precision. There was prompt response to our call and as early as next day availability for a no charge evaluation of our garage door needs. Mark was our estimator and was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable concerning a replacement door, inventory, installation, and accommodating our needs and consider his performance exceptional. Henry was also courteous, professional and provided installation in a timely manner and we were impressed with him as well. We did have a need for a second visit by Henry to replace a damaged bottom door seal on the original door and replace some missing screws in the door panel. Again the follow up visit was scheduled promptly and Henry performed the work promptly and on time. After not receiving an invoice for 2 weeks, I called and was promptly emailed the requested information. We consider our service with Precision 5 star service. Please do not use my name for public review.

Precision's tech, David Phillips came out to repair my garage door. He called 20 minutes before arriving. He completed the repair in a little over an hour and was professional and conscientious at all times.The door works well now. The cost was about $200 higher than expected because there were 2 broken springs, which I did not realize, plus a bearing had to be replaced. This was a good experience.
