The door was replaced by and the installer explained the new one. My husband is calling to discuss the fact that we had a hard time closing the door last night when we left the house.

Bottom garage door seal was in need of replacing. The tech called in advance, explained that he was on his way, arrived on time, inspected the door and reported that the rollers were wearing out and would be needing to be replaced at some point. It was decided to replace them so he efficiently & quickly replaced the seal and rollers. Our tech was Jon and would recommend him very highly.

James and Diego came on their day off to repair the door and the went above and beyond!! They informed me the original springs were the wrong ones to use and they installed the correct ones. Balanced it perfect and lubricated the assembly. They completed with fixing the open stopping position which was also incorrect. I would give 10 stars but can only give 5. They provided amazing service and was very punctual and friendly. You guys will always be my go to for my door needs. Job well done. Brian

Hi we had our new garage door installed yesterday. It’s beautiful but am super disappointed it didn’t come with the mail slot it was supposed to have. Installer said someone would come out but gave no time frame for that. We had to go buy a temporary mailbox in the interim. Also, the remote was working at first but now doesn’t. I can’t get the wi fi remote to work either. And I don’t recall being asked but we need two remotes. Am not a happy customer right now and for what we paid, I was hoping everything would have been as ordered.
