On Tuesday, in the middle of a terrible rain storm, my garage door stopped working. Of course when Matthew Gisbert, our tech, arrived for my appointment on Saturday, my garage door worked perfectly! Matthew was able to figure out what the problem was and he was able to fix it fairly quickly, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use Precision again and recommend Matthew and this company to others. Very satisfied!

I was worried because the one other time I need garage service I had a different company and they weren’t available this time. I am extremely happy with the service and customer experience I received and will be calling again in the future for future garage needs. I felt very comfortable and like the pricing and everything was very fair. If you are looking for very high quality, fast, professional, courteous service and results can't imaging getting any better. Submitted request for repair as a new customer after hours on a weekday and had everything done by 2:00 pm the following day. Great communication, clear explanation and options before doing work, great results and extremely fast turnaround. Super satisfied.

had a garage door spring repaired on 4/17/09 they tell u life time warranty it broke again 12/2021 now they say can not find the paper work.I was told that the paper work say they came over on that date but it does not what type of repair they made...yea right,

The service was excellent, no complaints about that. The only glitch was that it took a while for the circuit board part to come in, so there was a delay in the service, due to supply issues. I realize now how inconvenient it can be to be without my automatic garage door!
