The technician, Eric, was out at our house first thing at 8:00am in the 8-10am arrival window and within minutes inspected the issue with the garage door spring and provided me with the quote and I approved it and he proceeded to replace the springs and even lubricated the hinges and rollers. He was very expeditious and completed the job quickly in less than 45 minutes and was very positive and cheerful and did not mind answering any questions that I had in relation to the purpose of springs and other parts and even had some suggestions about the motor and the rollers if I should need to have them replaced in the future. It was a pleasant experience. I hope that all of you technicians and the rest of your company’s employees carry themselves like Eric.

5 Star experience all the way. Called on Wed to schedule appt for garage door replacement. I purchased a home about a year ago and the door was unbelievably loud and aged (dented etc). Mark came out the next day and was very helpful and informative. While my door is old and I do want a new one, he explained that the HORRIFIC noise I was hearing was actually due to the motor. He also explained that doing things piecemeal would not cost me anymore than all at once. So we planned to start with the motor as I already have another home improvement project in the works. Mark also left a catalog for me so I could peruse the doors. Explained all the options for motors and was very upfront, no upselling. The very next morning (today) David came out to replace the motor. He was personable, on time, and everything was completed in a couple hrs. Very efficient company. Very happy customer. I WILL be calling again when it's time to get the door replaced.

The service person that came out was very nice and able. When I called to make the appointment and the lady, Kim I believe, told me the service charge I asked what that included and I was under the impression that I would not have to pay for a new keypad. The $98 charge surprised me.
