Our garage door wouldn’t close and I couldn’t figure out what was causing it. Figures it started working again right before Jonathan arrived. He arrived on time, inspected everything, and gave me his recommendations. He re-set the motor and lubricated the whole system. Whole visit took 15min. He gave me some helpful hints about the sensors and quoted a new door which was unrelated. Jonathan is great. Super professional and courteous. Precision is in good hands with techs like him.

Benjamin was excellent and evaluated the situation thoroughly! He arrived to accommodate our schedule and stayed past 9pm to finish the job. It cost a tad more than we were anticipating, however the 4 spring product worked even better than the original!! We have a very heavy garage door and had to relieve the tension on the springs a tad as it worked too well!! Very pleased and was able to get my car that was trapped inside the garage, out!!
