Actually the service was a complete replacement of the door! The spring repair Was done in 2018 I believe. Very happy with Precision, they have been great from When we first called about installing a door, to present. I can`t say enough about Your tech Hollis.... he was so professional and organized. Professionals make it look easy, even when it isn't!! Excellent work, highly professional service! Henry contacted me prior to arrival and showed up exactly on time. Together with another technician they quickly dismantled and removed the old door and motor and had the new door installed and fully operational within a couple of hours. After demonstrating the operation, Henry made sure we were 100% satisfied with the product and the operation of the door openers. The new door definitely improved the curb appeal of the house and operates very quietly. We are very happy with the door and motor we purchased.
