Elijah is a service installer for the new panel and it was great to have him. James and Diego came on their day off to repair the door and the went above and beyond!! They informed me the original springs were the wrong ones to use and they installed the correct ones. Balanced it perfect and lubricated the assembly. They completed with fixing the open stopping position which was also incorrect. I would give 10 stars but can only give 5.
