Precision overhead coil spring broke on our garage door late New Year’s Eve. It was installed in August of 2013. When I called on New Year’s Day I wanted to report the break so we could get service the following day. The person in the call center informed me that they were dispatching technicians on a regular schedule and someone could look at the issue between 2 and 4 PM. I was shocked, but delighted, to get same day service on a major holiday. The technician, Diego Castillo, arrived promptly after calling first. He was extremely courteous and went right to work changing both overhead coil springs. He then informed me that the everything’s was covered under our original warrantee. We have all of the original documentation. We are beyond extremely pleased that Precision Door Service took care of the very troublesome situation the same day and on a holiday. Ben was very professional. Fixed the problem that the other company did 1 month ago. After the company that fixed the spring came check it out saying it wasn’t their problem and wanted $250 before he will fix and required a lot of replacements for the garage.
