I can't give Precision 10 stars, but I can tell you that they are a company like no other. When I bought my door system, they were timely with a great product at a fair price. Over two years later it needed some attention and Precision was there in a day and fix it and... Get this... at no charge. No charge! What kind of company does that? I was expecting a $150 plus bill for a service call and they fixed it for free. I only wish Precision also sold appliances, air conditioners, hot water heaters, and everything else. These people know how to run a customer-centric business. Need a garage door? Call them now. You'll be beyond happy.

Our technician was prompt, courteous, and great at answering all our questions. The job went smooth and everything looks good and it all works. He took the time to make sure it was all done right. We had an old wooden (heavy) garage door that he had to remove to start with and it didn't phase him in the least. He was respectful to us both--and really nice. So--he did a good job, glad he was our tech. Even helped us at the end --we didn't have an automatic garage door opener and he helped us figure out the best way to open it without one. Talked about different outside handles, openers and gave good advice.

I am extremely pleased with my new door. The company is great!!! I called because I couldn’t get my garage to open. It was an old heavy door that was consistently giving me problems. So rather than repair the old door, I decided to go ahead and get a new one. I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s a beautiful door and I got the opener too. It’s so quiet! I absolutely love it. The service was great…. The came out to look at my door the very next morning after I had called. One week later I had a brand new door! Service was very fast and professional. The installer was right on time and very efficient. Even cleaning off finger prints from inside and outside of door. It looks amazing and couldn’t be happier!
