I am extremely pleased with my new door. The company is great!!! I called because I couldn’t get my garage to open. It was an old heavy door that was consistently giving me problems. So rather than repair the old door, I decided to go ahead and get a new one. I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s a beautiful door and I got the opener too. It’s so quiet! I absolutely love it. The service was great…. The came out to look at my door the very next morning after I had called. One week later I had a brand new door! Service was very fast and professional. The installer was right on time and very efficient. Even cleaning off finger prints from inside and outside of door. It looks amazing and couldn’t be happier!

Bruce was very professional. I appreciate his excellent communication, prompt arrival and his timely installation of a strut along the bottom panel of our two-car garage door to provide stability to a cracked interior panel of our metal door. Prior to today's work, he came yesterday and assessed our problem and offered different options. Because of the age of our door, replacement panels are no longer available; so, our options included a new door or the addition of the strut. The strut works well for us at this time. Thank you.

Precision had been to my property a few weeks earlier on another garage door issue that they fixed. Then 2 weeks later I had another garage door that was not closing properly. I called Precision and they had Henry out the same day. However, as soon as Henry arrived the garage door functioned properly. He checked connections which seemed fine. This is a very frustrating intermittent issue. Since we could find the issue - Henry did not charge me for his trip up. That to me showed integrity on his part and was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company

David did a complete “retuning” of our garage door mechanisms last year. He resolved an issue with an inoperable keypad remote and noted that sub-optimal springs had been previously installed.
