I was absent during the repai of the garage door. Mary Ann, my wife said, “ The repairs were made.very professionally and she. Was very happy with the results. I originally just needed two new remote openers. I appreciate the extra needed repair but was a little startled with the total cost of everything involved. I told the receptionist I needed “TWO” new remotes. I was never quoted a price for a call. Please reconsider the total price add another remote to the bill. I feel the total was was about $200.00 more than expected !

I had a new garage door installation done a few days ago. Henry was the technician who showed up at my door. He was very polite, knowledgeable & very helpful with getting the last remaining items out of the way do he can begin the installation process. I give Henry 5 stars out a possible 5 stars. My only gripe I have with precision is the information I was given prior to the installation. I was told that there would be an outdoor combination pad to gain access to the garage without a remote control. I even upgraded to their top of the line door and hardware. After the installation was completed, I asked Henry why I didn’t get an outdoor combination pad & he said that doesn’t come with it but for $89 extra it could (Home Depot sells Bluetooth ones for under $20). Then he gave me the remote….yes, that’s singular, not pleural. One single remote & if I wanted more it would cost an extra $49. After spending almost $1800 on a damn garage door, you’d think it would come with more than 1 remote and also should include an outdoor combination pad to gain access should I happen to lose that one dingle remote control. I’d give the sales people a 1-1.5 stars out of a total of 5 for this wrong information. Seems like they would tell you anything just to win the bid for the job. Just saying. Get EVERYTHING they say in writing. I should know that but I trusted them.

David was able to program a wall keypad that was not programmed from a previous service call 3 weeks prior approximately. He also was helpful in making sure all keypads and car pads were working properly.

James was here at our home for approx 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem as a broken main retracting string plus cables. James is a very capable and cheerful person. The total price was reasonable. He explained what was wrong with door mechanisms and replaced broken parts.
