Kevin, It is very important that you here directly from me regarding this recent service call. First impression, I called yesterday and discussed with Customer Service I wanted to set-up an appointment. I was asked if tomorrow (Thu) would work? Awesome. Next James shows up at window time as was suggested. He quickly made an assessment and determined and explained what he thought should be done to rectify problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His next step was to call Mark (my original Sales guy) and the primary reason why I chose Precision in the first place. Mark explained that he could have a tech out Thu afternoon! Talk about timely customer service! Now the icing on the cake was my tech Hollis. Right from the moment he walked into the garage and made his assessment he advised me on what he wanted to do. This turned out to be a little more challenging than what he thought was needed however his mantra was "I am not going to stop until I can figure this baby out!" And to my much appreciation he did not stop until he really did figure this out. Basically, the original install was not done a 100% properly. Hollis did an awesome job!!!! In summary, I hope the rest of your team is as professional, knowledgeable and customer friendly as the 4 individuals that I had the pleasure of working with on providing me 110% customer satisfaction. Kris was fantastic, fast, efficient and professional. I am happy he is my neighborhood technician and would absolutely recommend Precision for any garage door needs. I have wasted so much of my own time trying to replace and or reprogram my Keyless entry and he took about 5 seconds to replace, reprogram and reinstall a new one! And it was under warranty! I reported that sometimes the door wants to re-open when I’m trying to close and have it stay shut. He found everything was good, and he did a “tuneup and lub”. Offered a backup battery as a code upgrade, but I turned it down as I see it as “overkill”. In my 10 years here I never had to use the manual option as SD&G outages are very rare. Thanks, and I expect the garage door operator will be working fine for at least another year.

I didn’t appreciate Chasen leaving without telling what they did!, if anything? I’m the home owner and the contract is in my name and they just left with sending me an estimate??? That’s so unprofessional and keep trying to blame it in previous work that is expired past a warranty. I have a warranty now and you guys are supposed to cover it! End of story!

the young tech was very proffesional mr leone was able to reset my garage door opener and explained that it was and old system 20 plus yrs and that when i needed a new one precision would give me a fair price and excellent service i reviewed some of the paperwork he left and the potenial cost. I let him know that as soon as i was ready i would call and schedule for the work I appreciate the excellent service and timely efficeincy of your service
