He diagnosed the problem quickly (it was an odd problem) and explained it to me well. I would give Mark 10 stars!!!! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met!!! We had bought a garage door from Lowe’s. 12 weeks later still no door. Then we were told 12 MORE weeks!! Got our money back and called Precision Doors. Mark came out the next morning and scheduled the install next week!!! What an amazing customer service experience!!!

Thank you very much Logan (and Precision crew) for the timely and satisfying response to my request for help today and for the thoughtful offer to properly re-route the garage door sensor line (to prevent the same issue from recurring in the future that might have caused the need to by-pass the sensor when I try to open or close the garage door).
